Craven Park Carpets

I would like to contradict a rude review I recently read as from my experience with this carpet company I experienced nothing but sheer joy with my dealings with them the quality of the carpets matched the pricing & the same day fitting was magical found them to be very polite & efficient will be using them again to fit in another colour carpet a Huge Thankyou to All of them ????

I never leave reviews, but after my experience with dealing with Craven Park Carpets, I felt it was important to warn others. Be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with them especially the owner. He is very quick to take your money but to get your money back is an absolute nightmare! He will even tell you (whilst sitting in his shop) that he is not available now and for the next week because "he is at the airport and flying out any minute now". I have never come across anyone so devious and his staff are just the same. He overcharged me on the carpet AND lied about the delivery date. When I got fed up of waiting for the carpet and worked out I was buying more carpet than needed, I told him I wanted my money back. He and his staff got very agitated in their approach. If you are someone who is unsure about how to buy flooring they will take you for a ride. A man like this should not be in business. Oh, and the best bit was when he told me to pick another carpet and the two he asked me to pick from where both second hand (clearly it was the carpet he removed from a customers house) as it had food wedged inbetween the carpet pile! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
