Most of our order was very nice however we were not satisfied with some of the food and when I phoned to discuss our dissatisfaction the response from one of the managers was very poor.
She spoke over me and was extremely defensive and wasn't able to listen to my complaint. Her response was that no one else had complained and asked me what I wanted her to do. It took her a while before she offered to give us another platter without charge next time we ordered. I was mostly disappointed with the way she handled my call.
