It would be really useful if you had an email address as well as a telephone number. An answering machine would also help. Neither of these things would be difficult to arrange.
It would also be useful for you to give contact information (tel. numbers or email addresses) for the alternative charities you list. They may even have answering machines.
Finally, could you indicate whether you collect clothes? I for example am an OAP with arthritis and cannot carry clothes to your shop. A collection service should be one of your priorities. You might also indicate if your alternative charities provide this service.
