Manageress very rude to staff and public ,really aggressive tone.No social skills Heart Foundation should send in a secret shopper to see her at work.
Other staff are really helpful smile willing to engage with public .
What a shame for such an important and caring charity British Heart Foundation should take note

Purchased 2 sofas - price was very good - couldn't find the same price elsewhere. once cleaned the sofas looked almost new! delivery arrangements went like clockwork - was phoned to say what time sofas would be delivered . keep up the good work!

Most of the electrical items are pat tested.But it does not prove them to be reliable as I have lost money on 2 items now.I would not bother.Staff are rude and different ones in there all the time.I have had a few items awaiting pick up which I have reserved and find somehow they have walked out of the shop,ummmm!

Issue here is pricing - too expensive. The shop description says the shop sells clothes etc., it does not - only furniture and electricals.
