Visited this shop on a few occasions and donated on many occasions.

Today I visited this shop in the morning around 11am I saw a pregnant woman looking for items to fit her ...staff present said they would stock the rails out to assist her. The shop was not busy around 8 people looking around and around 2 queuing I purchased a few items left the shop and returned around 2 hours later I found this woman still standing holding a toddler in the shop and was left waiting for over 3 hours to a point where she visibly flushed and needed water. There were 4 to 5 visible members of staff on and the rails were looking bare. I later saw this woman sitting outside on a bench and when she told me she was 2 months pregnant I was horrified that a pregnant woman with a young toddler was left waiting in a shop for over 3 hours especially when the shop was not busy ...this woman waited until around 230pm she was then sitting outside on a bench trying to catch her breath and was clearly distressed. She had a toddler with her I was disgusted that the staff promised to bring stock out which they clearly did not but had on rails behind the counter and let this poor woman stand for over 3 hours. This is not acceptable and I personally will no longer donate items if staff seem to think it okay to leave mother's waiting this length of time especially when items are donated. Absolutely not acceptable abusive a liability and a safety issue.
