THIS COMPANY IS OPERATING ILLEGALLY. They don't have a Certificate of Initial Fitness, which means it is not safe for eight or more people to travel in one of their vehicles.

I hired a limo last night Lincoln navigator 16 seater, we had a brilliant time, I really can't understand all these bad comments I went into there office they were really nice I was able to bring my own drinks, they supplied us with drinks and did say it was only 'bubbly' so we brought our own, and the car was very clean I would use them again defiantly we were a crowed of hen night girls and the driver put up with us with no problem at all. We were all pleased with the service.

I organised a surprise party for my younger sister's 18th Birthday for Friday 11th March 2011. I had booked the party bus limo about 5 weeks in advance. Booking was very easy and the hire for the night was £250 and required a £50 deposit with the rest to be paid on the night. On booking I was told I would get 4 complementary bottles of bubbly, balloons, soft drinks and a banner put in the limo. As it was a surprise I requested for the limo to take a specific route to the bottom of my road as to not spoil the surprise. This was not an issue and both the manager and driver were happy with this request.I went to the office in the morning to confirm everything and to drop a map of the route I wanted the driver to take. The driver turned up right on time and called to let me know he was there. I was impressed with this and the driver, I cannot tell you how helpful, polite and efficient the driver was. At one point we had to stop as one of the girls had forgot their ID. He allowed us to wait while someone brought it to where we were.I was disappointed to find that not all the complementary things had been put in. The limo had no balloons, no banner and had only 2 of the 4 bottles of bubbly. Considering the limo was for 16 people this obviously wasn’t enough! The soft drinks that they said they would provide turned out to be water. With no balloons it left the limo looking very dull and they hadn’t even washed the bus (as they said they would). The bus also advertises that they have a karaoke machine, it doesn’t work. The bass on the cd player is not to great either. The bus gets extremely hot and the bus doesn’t have any air-conditioning. Overall I don’t think i would use diamond limos again. Although they have one of the best prices for the party bus it may be worth paying a bit more and getting your full monies worth. The reviews I read before are much worse than what I experienced but I can see what they mean. My main advice to diamond limos 'Deliver what you promise

Worst Limo service EVER!
We booked a limo from diamond limos to take my family and bridesmaids to our wedding venue.
1. driver was extremely rude
2. he scraped the side of a parked car whilst trying to park??
3. started rudely raising his voice at us when we were trying to explain to him that the place he had parked and was insisting that it was the town hall was no where near the venue
The limo it self smelt of old cheese and was not very clean.
I called the head office to inform then of what was happening to which I simply got a "I'll speak to the driver" and then hung up.
If you need transport for your special day you are better off hiring someone else or even book a premier Addison lee cab or even a taxi.
Diamond Limos are not worth the spend nor the stress they caused, specially on your wedding day.

There must have been a misunderstanding that our management team were unaware of. It was my daughters 18th birthday we hired a pink limo from diamond limos for the night i phoned the day before to check everything was ok and i was told everything was fine they were due at 7pm they arrived on time but not with a pink limo but a black bus my daughter had her heart set on a pink limo i phoned the company they were very rude no apology we were told if we dont like it send it back they were very rude i WILL NOT recommend them to anybody
