H.A. McParland Pharmacy

Today the pharmacy were very helpful. I called the Pharmacy today at 18.23 2/6/23 to ask if my prescription had been received by them, unfortunately it’s hadn’t. Though I was feeling quite let down by my GP, the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful, she suggested an over the counter replacement and also the 111 service. It’s seems little but she didn’t have to give me the extra information, or take her time with my enquiry the way she did, how helpful she was really helped me stay calm, and I appreciate that greatly.

Hi I just want to let u know that I use to get my medicine from your pharmacy as I live close by, but I found the staff there are not so helpful and rude so I stopped going for a few years. I than started going back again but I found The staffs attitude was better until yesterday 17.11.20 I went in about 3. 40 to pick up my prescription after a hard days at work .
As I expected my gluten free bread was in the boxes and when I asked the lady who was white tall and maybe reaching her 60,s if I could have the bread in a bag as I have to walk home and I find it difficult, she brought the box around to me and than was giving me bags ! She said wait I will get I some scissors and I struggle to get bread out of box as my joints hurt in my hand . I told her I was not happy with the service and than she volunteered to help . I have had this problem before and when I asked for it to be put in a bag they charged me. This same lady is not very friendly and helpful . If someone can get back to me on this as I am this close to going else where! Thank you
