Superdrug Stores

I’m reviewing this store directly because if you go to Superdrug’s website directly and try to find where to contact someone to make a complaint is virtually impossible. I visited today 02/11/21 and once again was charged a different amount as posted on the displays on the shelves. For example a pack of 16 Nurofen £3.89 on the display, charged £4.09 at the till. 9 pack of toilet roll with a sign saying £2.50, charged £3.99 at the till. It doesn’t make sense, and try finding someone to point it out is difficult. This store really puts me off the brand and won’t be in a hurry to go back.

I love that shop . Every time I walk in store I feel I’m in right place to shop all team member very helpful. And main think that store always we find stock . Stock availability is very good .

You know what people say, if you are treated badly you are much more likely to make a comment. Today I went in the store to buy some makeup, I opened a product to see what was inside, to see if I liked it before buying it. I didn't realise the tester was underneath or I would have looked there first, rookie mistake! However I got barked at by the sales assistant who made a rude and cocky comment at me, needless to say you lost a customer, not just one though, I'll be telling others not to bother going. This doesn't apply to all the staff there as the rest were friendly, disappointed.
