Very good service from the lady who served us. She was calm, patient and polite despite having a rather hard job of going back and forth in a crowded environment, and this must be physically tiring for a middle-aged lady... The shop, however, was hot, crowded and felt chaotic, with only one till taking cards. Surely, the presentation could be improved too, with no boxes in the middle and more space for customers? This shop must be a very good business, having the monopoly on school uniforms! It would benefit in improving the customer's experience. I felt it was stressful.

The material needs to be better quality. It looks work out after one cool temperature wash and feels rough after a few weeks. School wear needs to be durable and not bobble and fade after a few weeks. If the quality remains like this then the price needs to reflect that and the process at the moment are too high.
Suggestions on the website to wash using half loads are not appropriate, again it would make more sense to improve the quality of the material than to suggest uneconomically washing on half loads???
I wish you well but would appreciate as a parent forking out a lot of money twice a year (have a growing lass), if the clothing was more durable and of a higher standard.

customer service is a joke! just bought a PE t shirt for my grandaughter for £21.00 !!!!!!!!!! the woman who served me was disinterested in helping me get the right one, which turns out i was sold a mans size small when i questioned her numerous times that i wanted a girls not boys tshirt!! she was rude mannered, did not say thank you just pushed the bag in my direction and basically couldnt wait to get rid of me, i think because they are the only shop that you can actually get the local school uniforms from they think they can rip you off, charge what they like and give zero customer service,
