The cleaning team at Clean N Gone has only one problem and this is the almost constant arriving late. I understand this because we live in a mega polis and the traffic is a huge nightmare, the good news is they work quick and the quality of cleaning covers really high standards.

One of the things that impressed me about Clean N Gone was the fact that even though I had only booked them for a carpet cleaning service, I was also able to request upholstery cleaning within the same visit. This saved me a lot of time and was very convenient for me, not to mention pleasing. The quality of work they were able to perform, despite my incident request, was flawless.

Clean N Gone were brilliant when I booked a house clean at short notice. My mum was visiting and I hadn’t got time to do the housework with my busy job. Luckily this company were able to fulfil my needs. I was given a price which I was happy with so therefore booked. I had booked for the next day and the cleaners arrived on time, and began cleaning. I broke my arm and couldn’t do the cleaning. I was desperate. I hired Clean N Gone to come and do a deep clean of the house to get the place neat as a new pin. Their cleaners took great care and cleaned each and every room perfectly. I can honestly say it was unbelievable how clean the place looked. It wasn’t expensive and it has cheered me up immensely.

Clean N Gone did a super carpet clean in my son’s bedroom after he spilt paint all over the carpet! The carpet was a mess and I was close to tears as I couldn’t afford a new one. My mum arranged for this company to call in urgently to sort it. The cleaners were brilliant and soon solved the problem. It actually wasn’t as bad as it looked, they said! I couldn’t believe they actually removed the mess. Thankfully, the carpet was soon clean and looking bright and clean. I have hidden the paints now out of the way, so I don’t have this problem again.

Clean N Gone is the only choice for my end of tenancy cleans. I move around a lot and so I have experience in doing the process. I found the easiest way to manage an end of tenancy clean is to hire them, as they will do it for you quickly and well. A move can be difficult, but they will make it easier.

My husband said I was penny-pinching when I said I was getting a cleaner from Clean N Gone. Maybe, but all I can say is they have been excellent to deal with since I first hired them around three months ago. For some reason, I was quoted the wrong price when I phoned up the first time but they soon changed it when I told them I didn't think it was right. It wasn't a lot of difference but still just the prinicple of it. Apart from that there's been no problems at all. I needed an (empty) property cleaned for tenants moving in the week after. All I can say is they did a wonderful job. Two cleaners, both female came and did a marvellous job. The woodwork needed scrubbed down and things like skirting boards, doors and banisters etc needed cleaned. It was quite a big job and thought it would take them most of the day. I needed a cleaning service before I could move into my apartment. Clean N Gone came highly recommended so I decided to give them a try, and I must add that I'm so glad that I hired their cleaning service. The apartment floor is hardwood which requires extra caution so as not to damage the wood. They sent a team of trained professionals who were quite friendly and did a fabulous job cleaning the place.

This must be around the third time I’ve hired Clean N Gone for carpet cleaning. I hire them every couple of months to give my carpets a deep clean and they always do a brilliant job. Because my carpets are cream coloured, it’s easy for them to look dirty and stained, so having this company on hand is so helpful. Plus, their prices are really reasonable. Amazing company! They never let me down. I’m going to continue using them.

I don’t often write reviews but I felt that this review was definitely worth writing because I think that Clean N Gone made an excellent job of my oven cleaning the other day. I had them in to clean my commercial ovens first of all at work and then they came the other day to clean my oven at home. They did an outstanding job both times and I would use them again. They work as a team, work efficiently and their prices are reasonable too!

I had Clean N Gone in the other day for my house cleaning duties because I just could not manage them anymore. I was worried about what to expect but the team that came out put my mind at ease and made the whole situation much easier for me. Next time when they come out to my property to clean I will be at work so they now have a spare key so that they can do the job still even when I am not at home and able to answer the door. One of the things on the top of my list for when I moved into my new house was a cleaner. Very bad experience. Hired them to clean a small 1 bedroom apartment which was already in a very good state - it has been regularly cleaned, walls freshly painted, new carpets installed. Was shocked to return to the flat and see that the floors were dirty, oven wasn't peoperly cleaned, balcony hasn't been touched despite me mentioning it to them. Customer experience was horrible, little desire to acknowledge the poor job done. Wanted to charge me extra for the balcony, avoid at all cost

Such a shame, in the past they have been good but their customer service needs huge improvements. Management need to be given messages and respond in an time appropriate manner. Most importantly, staff need to listen and book in jobs accurately and if they are unsure, need to ask for more information.
