Just Sew Alterations

A deplorable customer service! I had several alterations to do on my dress, I wasn't sure about one of them. I asked if he could wait for my approval to do this precise alteration. He said there was no problem i just needed to let him know if I wanted to go ahead in 2 days. He added that I still needed to pay before just in case i decided to go ahead but I would get my money back when I get my dress back if i decided not to go ahead.

I decided not to go ahead with it, I tried calling them several times to make sure they don't do it but as no one answered. I left a message .

I was told today they are not listening to their voicemail. They still went ahead with my alterations despite being told not to do so until my approval. They could undo it but I will not get my money back.

He didn't try to understand what happened and hanged up on me.
