I have been today and the staff were so professional and very helpful. They promised to fix my phone within 30 min. I came back exactly after 30 min, the phone was nicely prepared and waiting for me.

Be careful if you buy a used laptop from this store. I bought one two weeks ago, and on doing a Norton virus scan Norton recognized hack tools amongst other serious issues, for example 'Trojan generators'. Subsequently, that laptop kept shutting down once I had uploaded all my work files onto it. I deleted my files, uninstalled my Norton, and returned it to the store. A refund was impossible from them, despite them being in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states that if an item that is unfit for purpose is returned within 30 days of taking ownership, I am within my statutory rights to a full refund. However, as the conversation was going nowhere regarding a refund, I opted for another option, a replacement.
I did get a replacement laptop, and when I brought it home the first thing I did was to install my Norton internet security and scanned the computer.
Scan results. More hack tools and trojan generators, the same that were on the first laptop. Norton did resolve the issues, though it seems obvious this store is putting them there on the laptops they are selling.

They sold me a laptop that when I took it home fails to work. The laptop keeps shutting down on me. I have yet to return it to the store, being short of time for the moment. I also have to try and delete files etc from the laptop before returning it to them, the problem is that it will not stay on long enough for me to do this. Be careful if you buy a used laptop from this store.

This shop sadly is well below par. Efficiently managed so far as to get your money, however once you leave the shop you're on your own.

I bought 3 items to find none of them worked. I returned to the shop (only 2 days later) to get a refund. Their mantra seemed to simply be "we never give refunds" which they would repeat in a loop while pointing at a laminated piece of paper on their wall. Like by laminating a piece of paper enshrines it into law.

No I bought something and it does not work and there fore I would like a refund. The conversation kept going in circles until they eventually realised that despite how good they were at laminating paper. They were not above The Consumer Rights Act. So then they told me I had to come back another day because they couldn't give me money then. So I did. My 3rd visit was just simply them refunding me and saying nothing.

This is a great place, i went there multiple times, and brought many games such as Tom Clancy's: Ghost Recon Future Soldier, my first game and then i came back and brought Spec Ops: The Line and i loved it, they have much cheaper deals than Cex and Games, now i buy all the upcoming games there, they get games 2 or even 1 day early, and it is always guaranteed that the game will be a special edition for £50 unlike other shops were you have to pay £10 extra, the best gaming shop and it is my favourite.

Game Gallery is the best game shop I have ever found. It`s much better value than Cex and doesn`t rip you off by doubling the price you sold it for like Cex. The staff are really nice and give good advice on good and suitable games for all ages. I highly recommend them.

I love this shop i go here twice a week to buy my games here its so cheap and the staff are nice and friendly im going to recommend this business to all my friends!
