They could improve by being honest with their customers, they told me parts of my computer needed replacing (at great cost), when they didn't. Luckily I had the good sense to go somewhere else before spending a lot of money with them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. They really should make sure they charge the consumer a fair price, which was not the case in my instance, I made a purchase for a repair only to be told that I needed to pay more to get my item back. The customer service was poor too, they were abrasive but I decided to go for the repair with them because I was in a rush, I regret that now and recommend shopping around.

The best computer repair shop i had my computer fixed just in 3 hours staff had very good knowledge while booking my laptop .

They have charged me a very reasonable price which was exactly what was quoted when machine was booked on initial diagnoses. Also i was told no fix no charge Excellent***

Gave one star just cause can't give it none. This place has no idea of what they are doing. Took my phone for repair and when I found out the total price I told them not to do anything to the phone. As I get home with it, i find they deleted all my information, contacts, pics, etc.

I go back there for them to restore it or see why they have done this and they absolutely took no responsibility and lied about the phone being like that already. Plus the guy that I spoke to (who claimed to be the owner) was very rude, disrespectful and unethical. They have no idea how to deal with costumers none the less how to repair things. Wouldn't go back ever and absolutely recommend people to get their electronics fixed somewhere else.
