Great Service, never had a problem that they could not fix!

Had a screen fault on my iPad and was informed that the fault was either the screen lcd or the chip that controlled the display .
I phoned him later that day and was pleased when he said it was fixed .
I collected and paid on the same day but was dismayed when the fault re occurred after a couple of hours use.
I returned the iPad and was told it was another possible fault and wanted to try replacing something else and charge me again, so I declined as I could see this going on and on .
I can only say that unless you only have a cracked screen it’s a gamble if your problem will be fixed ( on apple iPad at least.
I had to ask. and he refunded half on the price he charged so I am not happy , money down and my iPad is still faulty.
