I was desperate to get my laptop working with work-from-home etc and had purchased the incorrect adapter from Amazon.
Mark opened the shop for me during his lunch hour, and although I was looking at a product that could be adapted for various laptops he managed to go out the back and find the exact HP version I needed...
All this was after he very helpfully replaced the fuse in the adaptor I had (charging me only £1 for the fuse itself).
Would highly recommend this corner-store-computer repair store, that provides the certainty, reassurance and personalised service that we all need when dealing with our IT which is so integral to our very existence these days ?!! Mark's service was exemplary and I am tremendously grateful to him

An improvement will be for them to be honest:
I was lead to believe that I had a new hard drive installed in my computer...That was not the case.
