Really great shop. I sold something to him for a fair price but then I regretted selling it and he let me buy it back a few days later for only slightly more. Really nice guy with great customer service. I feel bad for being so silly and wasting his time.

They replaced my iPhone battery. It worked well initially, but only a couple of months later the battery wouldn't hold its charge for more than an hour and expanded to the point where it was pushing the screen out of the casing. I was worried it would explode and went back to the store to get the faulty battery replaced, but they refused to change it unless I paid again. You are eligible to have faulty goods repaired or replaced for free during this time period under UK law. To top it off, the person behind the desk was very rude and unhelpful. I will be raising this with my bank and the Citizens Advice bureau.
