I have been relying on the consistently very good service and ever ready support from Digimac for over 20 years, my partner has PC, to me a horror story, I have Mac.
Once/ twice a month over that time Moran and his team has always welcome me with what ever problem, and believe me we have had some, including a PC catching fire, the team were able to recover all data, just this last weekend my Apple monitor died, Moran was able to replace with a bigger and better monitor for my new Mac Laptop in the 20 minutes parking time allowed on red route. He's a Star.

I have mostly used Digimac for photocopying, printing (I do not own a printer) and the occasional need to fax something. These are all minor jobs but the staff have always been helpful and kind. It is nice to know they are there if there is a major problem with my computer. Putney is very lucky to have them.

Absolutely fantastic. I can’t thank them highly enough. They recently repaired my husbands iPad as the screen had cracked. That was a very good service. However my Apple Mac completely crashed on me after speaking to Apple support. It would be at least three days till Apple could help. Instead took it straight away to digimac who worked on it that afternoon and I got it back the next day. Everything all working. They were so kind. Very reasonable and know a lot more that sitting in a queue for Apple. I can’t thank them enough.

Digimac is one of those rare finds! Absolutely EXPERT SERVICE, EXCELLENT PRICES alongside SUPERB CARE AND ADVICE - both of customer and your machine!! I took my MacBook pro for an overhaul - works better than ever.
I couldn't rate them highly enough and would urge anyone to use them - especially if you've had a bad experience and are used to people ripping you off - it will restore your belief in business!!!

Have been using Digimac for a number of years now and highly recommend them. In the past year, I've had to take both personal and work laptops on a few occasions for repairs and was thoroughly impressed with the speed that they worked at. They were able to diagnose the issue straight away. They have installed security on my laptop for both mine and my son's devices which has really helped. Great value for money and nice friendly staff, the owner in particular. Good local service.

My MacBook pro had become extremely slow and needed very urgent updating prior to a month of work zoom meetings. Digimac was fantastic, both in terms of work and speed of delivery under very urgent circumstances.

I go to Digimac LTD for last three years. Regarding this, I mostly go there to fix my laptop or to print something. The staff always polite, kind and professional. For example, I went there to download a programme on 02/01/2021. Tthey didn't charge me anything for the service. I insisted to pay for that but they refused it, it was too kind for me, thank you so much, I offer to everyone come and see the real quality.

My local pc shop said I needed a larger hard disk so I stumbled upon Digimac on the way home from work. The guy at Digimac said the hard disk is large enough, only the partitions were the wrong size. He re partitioned it and I collected it the next day. No data loss and no new expensive hard drive needed. A job well done. Thank you Digimac.
