I made the mistake of going here to get my phone's charging port fixed and was ignored and was told that the issue was my charger – I came back two days later politely asking for a refund because the charger wasn't working for me. This was met with sudden hostility and aggression by the employee twice my size who threatened that I was being filmed simply because I asked for a refund? His insecurity bleeds into this excuse of a business and it's disgraceful and caricature-like; his eyes were swivelling around in absolute fear that passer-by's were overhearing his conversation because he's more concerned about his reputation than delivering responsible service.
