DON’T LEAVE DELIVERED PACKAGES HERE!!!! Very untrustworthy business. I repaired some things here and it seemed ok but then DPD dropped my package here (dont know why as someone was home). I’m away so I called to ask if they could keep it until i was back. They put me on hold to look for it then suddenly hung up. I sent my sister to collect and they said they’d never taken my package. She came back with proof and they said it hadn’t come yet so come back another day (despite receipt of delivery). When i called DPD they said that my package was on track to its new delivery address - which was actually a return I never asked for. The shop decided to return my package 4 days before they were instructed to. Now my package is back with the sender, meaning I’ll have to reorder, costing me money. Never paying for a laptop or phone repair here again!
