Absolutely appalling service from start to finish, I'm afraid. I have had to make three trips to the store to pick up my laptop, they keep telling me it's there, and then I get there to collect it and find out that actually it's not.

Avoid at all costs!

I have visited the store twice in recent weeks. The staff are prompt, courteous, and efficient. Every question has been accurately answered and I experienced no undue pressure to buy. The store is also well laid out, so that you can find the items you're interested in very quickly.

You cannot get through to anyone. After service is appalling

Buying a computer / software has always been confusing for me. I know how to navigate around a computer but when it comes to hardware capacity etc I need advice and guidance. That is exactly what you don't get at PC World on Tottenham Court Road. On the occaisions I have been there it is virtually impossible to get someone to talk to. The employees avoid the customers as best they can and when you do speak to someone they clearly are no better informed in the subject than I am. If you want to buy from PC World I'd recommend their website. If you want to speak to someone in person, avoid PC World alltogether!
