Random opening times, no contact number given that it is a UPS pick up point and the nearest other ones are in Gunnersbury or Hangar Lane... Publish pening times and keep to them and provide a mobile number for information

I think it is very convenient that this corner shop is located on a high street where it is likely that you may be present quite often or even just in and around that area. Plus you would have to walk for quite a while to get to another corner shop or newsagents. So its location is sort of convenient. Although the counter can get quite crowded.
