Appalling, very bad service , I went to buy cigarettes on Saturday the 25th February 2017 and asked for a certain brand and I was given the wrong one with the impression that they were the right ones. After I opened the packet and noticed that they were the wrong cigarettes I then asked the man behind the counter to double check again if he had what I wanted and then we spotted them but he wouldn't admit his mistake and wouldn't change the packet of me stating that I had opened it.
This was not my fault as he was the one in denial, beware of this as it is day light robbery, very very bad customer service , I will never set foot again in that place, appalling by all standards, avoid at every cost!!!
