I recently had to send back and Amazon/evri parcel and this store was one of the nearest locations.

When I approached the counter and politely explained my situation, the shop attendant dismissed me with a dismissive wave of their hand and an exasperated sigh. I was taken aback by their lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Instead of trying to understand my request and assist me in any way, they bluntly informed me that I needed to purchase my own tape for the package.

Amazon clearly states in their return instructions that "You do not need to package your return." This contradicts the unhelpful response I received from the shop attendant. It left me feeling frustrated and let down, as I had expected better service from a retail establishment like Londis.

Moreover, the overall atmosphere of the shop was unpleasant. The staff appeared disinterested and unmotivated, and it seemed like they couldn't be bothered to provide even the most basic level of customer assistance. I believe that a shop's success depends heavily on customer satisfaction, but it's evident that this particular Londis location has completely missed the mark.

As a consumer, I rely on convenience stores like Londis to provide essential services and support. Unfortunately, my experience at this specific Londis shop fell far below my expectations. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before visiting this location, as the lack of helpfulness and rude behavior from the staff made me feel unwelcome and undervalued.

I sincerely hope that Londis management takes note of this review and takes immediate steps to address the unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service exhibited by their staff. Customers deserve respect, assistance, and a positive shopping experience, and sadly, my encounter with this Londis shop failed to deliver on all fronts.
