Tesco Express

I have just been accused by the security guard in Hendon Tesco Express Vivian Ave of not paying for my shopping despite putting it through automatic paying till. He stopped me and said you haven't paid and that he had "seen" me not paying and pointed to the automatic till. I had to get the manager who could see that I had paid. Also if I had taken my shopping without paying the automatic till would have surely called for assistance. These machines give you an option to take a receipt or not which I didn't I would advise everyone to print one and take it. This man is clearly incompetent . Whilst he apologised when I made a fuss It felt intimidating. this was at around 4:10 18/2/22 I understand they have to do a job but surely people with better judgement should be chosen for this type of work.
