There are new owners and they are very nice and extremely kind. Extremely better than the old owners.

This people are very toxic for the community, they are so negative since you inter their shop. I went to collect my percel, the Lady start be so rude and disrespect full and I said to her I came to collect my percel, it was only me she went what company I told her then 5 people behind me and she said you wait I said why im befor them she said it doesn't matter then she went call her man and looking like he want fight I didn't known what he want,this people pay money and you don't so you can stay or I will send back your box she said ,then when I try to say something he went she is talking you stop talking to me what a rud people and after a long argument I get my percel. I am suggested this people need to be checked if they are normal they provoke too many people need to be removed public service

I would like to put a complaint for a lady in the shop you served me.
i went into the off licence , no one was in there after 5 mins someone came out i said i would like to return a parcel, she said yes machine is there, she said make sure ur box is taped up, i said yes, no problem, taped it a little bit which was enough, in how it came in the original package, she refused to to take my parcel she said tape is up properly. i then went out to tape the parcel , came back into the shop , she was no on the shop floor again so i started using the machine to print another label out , she shouted at me saying , why did you print another one out when there was on there already , very poor speaking skills , i said you are not in the shop floor so how can i ask you for another label so printed one out myself , she was being very rude , i said i will write you a review , on this is how you treat you're customers , after that she refused to take my parcel saying i will not take the parcel , i had to go to another shop to return it . I have never come to a shop, who treat customers like this, very poor customer service, I'm sure she has camera in the shop, you should obtain proof.
