They have been sitting on my parcel for 36hrs now. It was supposed to be delivered by now. There is no way of contacting either them or Enri. I have been badly let down.

Appalling treatment! Just went in to use their Hermes return service and had not used the print label machine before. I asked how to, wouldn’t come round and show me, just started barking orders! When I pressed the wrong button once, the employee shouted ‘will you listen!’ Not sure if because I was a woman or because he is just rude. I would suggest some training in customer service would be beneficial.
