I went to pick up a DPD parcel from this store in two different occasions and even though I had pick up notification from DPD local, I was told in both occasions by the sale assistant that they do not deal with DPD parcels in a very dismissed rude manner. They were just rude, unhelpful and uninterested.
Not a store I will ever go back to even buy a bar of chocolate.

We sincerely apologise on behalf of your experience.
We are not doing DPD services at our shop yet, I believe the driver has sent the wrong details. We have a parcel service available for the community, not for our profits.
The parcel service can be a huge burden on us at times, ( the parcel service companies confuse customers and us by not giving collection details)
