The people are lovely and really helpful. The hours they're open make it easy to collect and drop off parcels after work when you know you won't be home and don't fancy carrying them on trains from the office. I've never once had an issue in the 8 years I've lived nearby.
Thank you

Booked online with DHL to drop off here. £13.50 with insurance.
Big-ish box, not heavy though.
Get there and guess what.....After scanning etc we get the "Sorry, our system is down" Not the first time but will deffo be the last....
So, we posted it a few shops down in the Post office who are a bunch of rip off merchants but that is a review for another time.

Now I have to go through the hassle of of getting the £13.50 back from DHL.....

Do not Use, they’ll refuse Your packages and it’ll end up getting sent back To the sender and how end up chasing your items.

Terrible - do not use for any sort of parcel collection service.

The Collect+ service in this store is very unreliable mainly due to its late opening hours for delivery drivers to drop and collect parcels. Deliveries are repeatedly rescheduled.
This store is not suitable for Collect+ service.

Would give 0 out of 10 if I could. They open way too LATE - even though stated as opening 11am - which is late enough!

Yodel drivers and myself were standing outside this shop for Collect + delivery and collections at 11:35am - in the end they had to load customers goods BACK onto their van - including a parcel of mine that I could not collect from the drivers - as it had to go via this Everest Food & Wine. Rightly so.

When I later went to this shop at 12:30pm to drop a parcel - the guy working there possibly the owner, said he had only *just* opened - and there was an angry queue of people waiting to go in. Asked him why he opened late and his reply "I went shopping". So unprofessional. They should not be agents for Collect + as they have no work ethic.
