Very unprofessional service Provider Company
I have sent money with Kushiara on 24th of December 2009 to Bangladesh. My recipient still didn’t receive the money by today (11th of January 2010). They said money should be in bank within 5 to 7 working days, on 12th working day I went to their commercial road branch to make a report. They said money should be with my recipient by Sunday 10th of January 2010 and they will call me to inform why they couldn’t deliver the money on time I didn’t get any call from them. They also said to me I will get full refund if the money is not delivered by Sunday.
I call again today on 14 working days as my recipient didn’t receive the money. They still didn’t have any answer for me.
I am very disappointed with their service.
