I want to send some parcels off at this store today.I checked before I left to see if it let dogs in and there was no comment so when I entered the store two members of staff started shouting at me to control my dogs ( who were both on leads)and I informed them that they were on leads and therapy dogs the manager shouted saying I don’t care even if they were guide dogs he would tell the owner to leave outside.he was so rude I will never go back there !!!!

I’ve tried to leave Collect+ parcels twice and they’ve always refused even though the shop was empty. They’re rude and unhelpful.

It is the second time I try leaving a large Collect+ parcel (Butternut Box WoolCool recycling scheme) and the person at the counter has rudely dismissed me when they notice the large parcel by saying "the machine isn't working" or "we're closed" (when they're clearly within opening hours). This is unacceptable behaviour. If you don't have enough space for the parcel, please be apologetic about it, but don't be rude. You should be removed from the Collect+ network because you clearly don't partner with them to accept my parcel.
