This is the worst customer service that I have ever encountered.
I went to buy some pitta bread.When I presented some change of 1&2 pence coins to just pay 40 pence the man refused to take it.
He told me to go the post office and change it.
This is not a service the post office offer.
As well as that,I am nearly 70 and have very painful arthritis in my knee and it had taken a lot of effort to get to the shop.
I will never go there again.
