It was very disappointing and Really very bad experience gained for parcels collection and sending. At least if there is no timing mentioned to collect parcels so if the seller is following any time line for the parcel collection for the customers they should mention it on the details when we received to collect a parcel. Yesterday after my work i went to collect my parcel which was awaited to be received at the collection point “ishveen supermarket” but the man there was so rude and arrogant he didn’t even listen to my argument and just refused to give me my parcel. How rude was that !! So please do not bother yourself and don’t waste your time to this shop. I would never recommend this shop for parcels or not for even shopping!****
