I have shopped in this store since it opened. I have over the past couple of years have witnessed various incidents with customers complaining. This sunday 30th may around 5.30 i went in with my 2 granddaughters (1 being special needs) another customer wearing a mask ,signalled to me that i had no mask, i said i was exempt and thought nothing else of it.
Basically i was verbaly abused for at least 5-7 minuets and staff and Manager stood witnessing it and did nothing. Disgraceful
