Staple Mart

I had another unpleasant experience in this shop. I got accused of stealing chocolates and was treated like a thief (watched) the next time I was in the shop. It happened because in the process of printing and sticking a label on my Hermes parcel, I hurriedly set my phone and purse on a unit displaying chocolates. After sticking the label on, I picked my phone and purse up and put them in my bag, the cashier rushed forward to say that I needed to pay for the chocolates. She looked in my bag and didn’t see any chocolates. But that wasn’t enough to convince them. The next time I was in the shop I was watched like a thief. I confronted them and they said that they saw me put chocolates in my bag on the CCTV. I felt so embarrassed and explained that was actually my phone and purse and how it happened.
So, I’ve decided to only do my Hermes parcels and not spend a single penny in this shop. They seem to keep annoying me. Before this it was my lost parcels and their ineptitude around offering good suggestions explanations.
Decided never to give them my custom again. Unfortunately I don’t have a choice but to go there as they are the only Hermes Parcelshop around. Otherwise I wouldn’t enter this mi

The staff behind the till do not give off much warmth or helpfulness. The owner is the most sullen, unhelpful one of all. Unfortunately it’s the only Hermes ParcelShop in the area so one is forced to go there.

I had a case of a Vinted parcel returned to Hermes by this ParcelShop on just the 4th day of its delivery, even though I technically had several more days left in the collection deadline. I was unable to go and collect it any earlier, and was told by the cashier at the time that it was probably returned. With Hermes being so unaccountable too, I doubt that the parcel will ever be located.

Good luck, if your parcel go missing at this ParcelShop. You will be met with inarticulate, inept and unhelpful responses. The staff work in shifts so it’s a case of ‘me-no-know’…and as I said earlier the owner himself is a dour faced, uncaring downright rude sod, who can’t even communicate well. Avoid this place if you can!

Staff member was very rude and very unhelpful , would definitely not use that shop again
