Jeevanah's Super Store

I had some Yodel parcels delivered here. When I went to pick them up they were so haphazard when scanning them they accidentally didn't give me one of them. After that, their system said it was the wrong barcode, as THEY had marked it as collected. After several attempts showing them ID, the tracking number and even getting Yodel to call them, they refused to hand over the parcel unless I "show the right barcode".

On top of that they were rude and dismissive. Refused to even engage with me about it in any meaningful way just waved their hands and said "bring the right barcode". Which I had done, and they had scanned previously. Absolutely no attempt to understand the situation, which could have been easily resolved with some basic manners. Horrible, horrible unhelpful people. Avoid at all costs and definitely don't send your parcels here.

I came to the store to pick up a parcel. The man first refused service as he wanted ‘real customers’ whom was purchasing. He then refused to assist as I wasnt able to tell him initially as to what courier the company had used, I then showed him my phone which he then got extremely rude and started shouting.

I just want my parcel so I just wanna grab that go and tried to not argue. I then gave him all the information and he said he don’t have the parcel.

A pathetic store and pathetic man. I wish he could be happier and stop spreading negative energy to ppl.

Just pathetic

AVOID. Abusive. Intentionally obstructive shop clerk. First experience was a long queue of customers waiting to collect parcels he couldn't find and wasn't bothered. Had to go back twice as requested by manager / owner emails. . Second experience was intentional refusal by store clerk to hand over my parcel after scanning the pickup barcode and confirming my name because of bad review from previous collection. Had to report theft of parcel not handed over. SERIOUSLY AVOID.

he calls you for 3 days for a package and he doesn't give it to you even though you show him proof that it's yours, you also have the photo from the delivery and the track number and not that it doesn't match the first and last time I'll put a package at this store very aggressive
