Harrow Convenience Store

In July, I went o make an Amazon returns at the shop via the Evri system which the shop has. I followed every instruction and handed over the items plus the receipts from the Evri machine to the shop owner. He started yelling at me for no reason. He then started searing, and call me mental. He said he will beat me up. Whilst he was leaving behind the counter to come to the front to beat me, a customer entered the shop. I then fled the shop taking some photos. The shop owner must be arrested.

Very rude shop assistant.
I wet the floor with my umbrella.When I realised I was super apologetic and asked them a mop to dry it up.The lady was kind and refused and advised me to let the umvrek in the entrance in the future.When I handed a ticket to the man behind the cash he shouted at me like no one has ever done in my life.I asked why he was shouting at me while I had offered to wipe the floor up.He then got even angrier saying “because we’re telling you that you wet the floor and you are still holding your umbrella”.By then it was already dry anyway.I was almost in tear but I couldn’t leave as I still needed that rude man to hand me a parcel.I told me that it’s unacceptable to treat customers like especially that I was hyper apologetic and that it shouldn’t be in business dealing with customer.It is certainly the LAST TIME EVER I would set a foot in that stinking convenience store.Anyway that man in the past has been so useless but on top being rude.It’s a no no.I would go to the concurrent of co op or would get my parcels delivered home.
