Worse experience ever!

I have just noticed that they have flagged all their negative review from Google so I am leaving one here.

The guy came across very rude and aggressive. Lied to my girlfriend the next day when she went in, he refused to give her my parcel and she also said that he came across aggressively when simply requesting to collect a parcel.

If anyone else has a bad experience report them to your service, eBay, Amazon, Uber etc.

Also just to note I have never left a review for anything else in my entire life, this is how bad it was, I have also posted a my review about this store on another site.

Terrible service. Their scanner is never working./internet down - ton of excuses.
Always an excuse for why they can’t accept your parcels and decline receive info parcels so shipping postage lost on purchases being re-delivered to there.

Terrible service and extremely rude and unhelpful. Avoid this shop and go to one of the many other good shops in the area.

I hope I can find more places like Google by Business to review this kind gentleman that just served me at this shop. Polite, patient, understanding and going to extra mile with a smile.

went to get a package and they returned it without explaining why, I lost the shipping money and I have to pay the shipping again.
