If I could give this shop and its manager zero then I would. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL treatment. I went to pick up my yodel parcel, and the manager was rude/ shouted at me and made little attempt to find it. His go-to place was that I had the wrong shop, and when I then showed him the documentation from yodel, he started throwing parcels around, saying he could not find it. He must have spent around 30 seconds looking in a very angry way. So I left distressed, nor parcel which was a birthday present and vowed never to footstep in that shop again. HORRID!!!!
