I have never met such a RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL ABRUPT AGGRESSIVE “Lady” in all my life who is always super stressed and in a bad mood even when the shop is dead who is supposed to be the owner of this shop who lacks complete and utter customer service and is sooooo rude to her customers and staff alike, I live locally and have been shopping there pretty much on a daily basis and often spend a lot of money there and have been for years, She REALLY needs to do some customer service training and learn some basic manners and how to speak to her “paying customers” and staff alike, even her staff are much more polite than her.

Horrible horrible service ! Awful woman ! Grabbed my package and threw it on the floor.
I asked if I could buy tape to tape up my package and she gave me tape that you tape a car bonnet with ? Although the sellotape was also on sale. While I was there, they couldn’t find another woman’s parcel and another lady came in with a bottle of milk and was asking for a refund as it had six days left before best before however it was gone off. AVOID avoid avoid! Scammers and so so rude !
