My Grandma used to shop at "Mr Kay's" as did my aunts. My mother remembers going to Kays, during the early 1960's , and still goes to the shop to make purchases.
This is a traditional shop, with a modern flavour. The customer service, is second to none. They are knowledge, have a wealth of experience. Know their customers, as well as being more than able to, meet,greet and assist, new customers. Unlike many shops, they don't sell products. They know, the product inside and out.

I went everywhere trying to gain inspiration for my flat refurb to let, only at Kaye's warehouse emporium did i find my eureka moment with Mr Donald, his ideas, suggestions, of colour and fabric's once manufactured and installed by his very able team gave the WoW Factor that was searching for. I thoroughly recommend this jewel in the crown. A wonderful discovery that i will be using again soon for my next project.

I was charged 110% the price of a pair of ready made curtains. Just happened to search online after I got back home and was shocked. I called and emailed them but they say that's the price I have to pay for their 'time'. Also, they dont refund your money and only provide credit notes.. I dont see the point of returning the curtains I bought and buying something else that is overpriced. I feel like I just threw my money down the drain.
My advise would be to go there to see curtains but go home and buy online!
This is a superb shop. I am a fussy customer and wanted curtains made to a very high standard and exact measurements. Kaye's were extremely helpful and took great care with my order. The curtains look great. The service was also very friendly and kind I thought - and I got my curtains for a very good price. Really a gem of a shop.
They are the best curtain shop in North West London. The staff are friendly and very professional. They always welcome customers with a warm smile. I love them and I wish all the shops were like them. Big Thank you for everything you have done for me. Especial thanks to Mr Donald, Ben, Sany and Freddy.

i thought I had landed on the set of a tv series called something like '1950s High Street'. A gem of a shop, amazing service. Shopping locally doesn't get better than this. Thoroughly recommended to anyone wanting made to measure or ready made curtains or nets. Suits all budgets. Traditional or contemporary styles avaulable.

They came over and measured all of the windows in a jiffy! The range of blinds and accesories is huge. The man was kind and consultative. It realy helped us make the right choice with both the look of the room & the price. I have already recommended them to my friend who has just bought a new house. Certainly a find in this day & age, it was all about the service & customer satisfaction.
