Sofin Interior was reccommended to me by a friend, who used them. We were impressed with their services from measuring, making, fitting and after sales support. I have been using them for a few months and am suggesting them to my family and friends.

We wanted to choose a local company for our curtain installation. Foolishly we didn't search the Internet before deciding on Sofin. Again like the previous poster we had terrible customer service. We trusted them, and they let us down. Would like to post more but system has limited characters.

To Prospective Customer
We live locally and we went to Sofin Interiors to get curtains and blinds made in Dec 2010. At the time I personally had a terrible experience when I went to collect curtains which was pre arranged and accused of trying to run off with the curtains without paying.
A few months ago a fault developed with one of the blinds and we have been trying frantically to get this resolved with no joy as yet. We have left several messages and no one bothers to call back. I have physically visited the shop and left a message and told to come back when the manager was around. Once again no one returned my call. Finally on one of my visits to the shop I caught the manager who assured me that the issue would be resolved as soon as possible. Unfortunately this is not the case. We will perservere until this is resolved unfortunately at our expense.
I would urge any prospective customers to be weary of our experiences and weigh up the cost vs. after sale service(which is non existent) - especially should something go wrong.

We are concerned about his review and am sorry that the customer had an unpleasant experience with us. We are under new management and the person in question no longer works with us. I assure you that we pay utmost importance to customer service. A satisfied customer is our biggest asset as we are a company whose main customer base is by word of mouth.
