Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. After 4 months in poorly fitted pointe shoes from another shop, freed made things right with their amazing pointe shoes and fitters! Spent a long time with me getting it right and I didn't feel rushed. I never thought Pointe shoes could be comfy...
