Panzer's Delicatessen

The staff are so rude in here. I tried to buy two items and at the till I decided to leave one -due to unclear labelling and he then refused to check me out!

They always have such a huge variety of items in stock with many 'international' brands and items to cater for the local community including many from the U.S. Admittedly the interior is slightly tired, but it's perfectly functional, and I really enjoy browsing all the interesting products they have. I have always found the service to be friendly and helpful. Not the cheapest place though.

This shop has had its day, it looks grubby, the food on the deli does not look too fresh, it really needs a good cleam and new fittings. I also have had the displeasure of being served by a girl on the deli who licked her fingers then proceeded to make my sandwhich without plastic gloves on, hence to say I did not eat it which may have been a blessing as I would most likely have been poisoned.

Clean and tidy the store as it is often dirty and messy
Staff should be polite and willing to help customers
Food is really overpriced

I have always found the staff to be helpful and polite. Willing to go out of their way to assist with any need be it stock, recipe or shifting purchases. They seem to have anything you request or if not, they can obtain it rapidly. I only wish that the quality and range of products were availble here in the American Mid-West. Not to mention the charming, cheerful personnel. In case you haven't guessed, I don't half miss that shop!
