I received a gift of 400 gr of Pistachos that we’re lovely as usual but 1/3 of them were not properly roasted and not open or impossible to open. For a very expensive product, 18.18 £, is totally unacceptable what I have to throw away. Contacted them and got twice a wrong email address so I couldn’t send a photo of the inedible product. VERY DISAPPOINTING
