I eat out all the time and this is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a restaurant/cafe in London. This is my local place. And it’s a shame because this place could do far better if they had a different manager, someone who’s got more experience in customer service. Never again!

I visited this place with my boyfriend only once to see what the fuss about the restaurant was all about and I can confirm that it is clean, waiters are clean and the environment is quite refreshing although a bit small. Unless you are lucky, your table is likely to be shared (long picnic size tables) which means you will be likely to be hearing your neighbours conversations. Food is a bit overpriced but is tasty.

The downfall was when the restaurant ran out of freshly squeezed orange juice and the waitress suggested we share the last one. Confused, we asked if she had other juices and she suggested bottled juices instead which we ordered. It's also a shame the store is bit small (the photos on the website made it look much spacious).
