I am vegan for health / allergy reasons, and like every other human being, I like to eat out. I had the sad misfortune to ask one of your servers if they had anything without any meat or dairy in it on the menu. The server mocked me / laughed at me, then sarcastically said "I can give you a mushroom on a plate" and laughed aloud again. Seriously, you need to train your staff to know what's in food and very BASIC dietary requirements. To mock customers is not acceptable, never coming again Zoran!

At the office we have Zoran's as a treat every so often as its quite far away (cycling to St Margarets from Teddington!), and I must say everyone thinks its fantastic. Delicious lunches, great ingredients and friendly staff. Their chorizo, rocket and pesto ciabatta is in my mind the best sandwich I've ever had, and I'd recommend it to anyone there for the first time.

ordered 2 americano's which tasted like coffee flavoured hot water. very weak....

Americano is coffee falvoured hot water. That's why it's called an Americano...Italian coffee with hot water added! you got what you ordered. i suppose you'd complain if you were given a glass of milk after ordering a 'latte'?
