love going there every time is very clean and professional

Very nice receptionists, easy to get appointments but the dentist lets down the whole place hence I wont be going there.The dentist should know in advance what the appointment is for, the patient shouldn't be reminding the dentist, the dentist should also make eye contact with the patient and talk to the patient, not just turn her back all the time, its very disturbing. It is very clear that this dental practice is over subscribed. I will be going to BUPA and get better service. Very disappointed and shocked. Can't say more.

I have been a patient at wood lane dental practice for about 7 years,I have found everyone who works there to be very pleasant ,and very professional .I live in Canvey island and travel to Dagenham ,because of the high standard of the dentistry.

The dentist at this dental practice needs to make patients aware that they are entitled to teeth cleaning when they are going for a consultation, she should also be non bias towards patients and take confidentially of patients concerns seriously!
