I've been going here for years and I recommend them if you need a local NHS dentist. I really like the staff, everyone is so friendly and genuine, the receptionist recognises my voice and knows my name when I call, I enjoy chatting with them while waiting, and always receive excellent dentist work and good advice. My last visit was exceptional, full clean and my teeth have never looked so good! Highly recommend

Every time I attend here I have received very poor patient care. I have now left and registered another local service. The receptionist frequently breaches patient confidentiality by discussing patient treatment in the waiting room. I was given (incorrect) clinical advice by the same receptionist- this is not acceptable and puts patients at risk. The dental treatment received has been of adequate quality, and the dentists themselves have been pleasant in their manner. Any positives are drowned by the unprofessional behaviour of reception staff- truly shocking that this can be allowed to occur. I have complained to NHS England about the service and encourage others to do the same as informal complaints have not been followed up.

I have being to this surgery 2 time now. I have to say the service is very poor lack of communication. Staff is unpleasant and rude especially the receptionist.
She is not fit for the job with her attitude.
i turn up for my appointment and then was told the the dentist is sick. I took the half day off work and see the dentist. What ashamed they could not informed me so my time was wasted. I will not be going back then and also will be sending an official complaints.
I had work done in the past on my teeth and the work was poorly done not a great place to go to.

Need customer service training. Receptionist with short brown hair never smiles, is rude & abrupt. While waiting in reception I hear them moan about other patients. Dentists dont speak good english, 1 even smokes blatantly outside - not a good impression. I've been going there 3yrs only because I'm disabled and its closest. They have me sign a dental treatment plan BEFORE I've seen the dentist and they always have an excuse why I need to sign a new NHS claim form. If I had money I'd pay to go private elsewhere. The lab they use to make dont make quality dentures either. They close at 4pm a
