Dental Surgery

OMG I've never felt so comfortable at a dentist before. Dr Waheed and her nurse were so friendly, it felt as if I've been going there for years. I needed a cap for a broken tooth and I never felt a thing throughout all the treatment. Well done!

I visited the practice after it had been taken over and wow! The dentist had a brand new surgery and I felt like I was getting private treatment on the NHS!
Clearly patient comfort is important to them regardless of whether patients are NHS or private. I was pleased with the dentist and her treatment and will be recommending the practice to my friends and family.

Even one star is too much for this. The receptionist made 2 appointments for me for different days, one to see the hygienist and the other for the dentist. When I arrived today they told me the hygienist never works on Wednesdays. I asked her then why did she make me an appointment for Wednesday. She then changed her story and said that I cancelled the appointment and rearranged it for the second appointment. They said I phoned up to cancel the appointment which was completely untrue. Very rude, horrible and deceitful receptionists who don't know how to do their job.

CAN NOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS WHAT YOU MAKE WITH THEM ,THEY PHONE YOU 5 MIN BEFORE YOU ARE DUE TO SEE THEM

Rude receptionist.

Unhelpful staff.

Waste of time.
