have been going here for over 30 years and i have seen the dentist today she is so polite very good nice woman

The receptionist is very rude and unfriendly. I had a crown down and had to re visit THREE times to have this fitted! They made an appointment for me to collected a letter and when I reach they had already close the doors and the dentist who fitted the crown and wrote the same letter for me, walk pass me outside the front door and did not say a word!

I was so annoyed. Anther staff came out the building through the BACK door and handed me the document.

I have not been there since! Will not recommend.

I used to see a BRILLIANT lady dentist who unfortunately left in 2011 when the new owners came. She treated my whole family and we were all very happy with her. I've been back since I've not been satisfied with the 'treatment' I have had, It's all very business like, one in & one out, you would never know it was supposed to be patient health care! My tooth pain was 'treated' by a plastic gum shield - needless to say it didn't work and got worse. I went to another dentist who told me I needed a root canal. My advice - try and remember it is people you are dealing with - reception includ

Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the dentist my children saw but she was excellent. My son had to have a few baby teeth removed (the adult teeth were growing at odd angles) and she made both him and my young daughter comfortable. My children look forward to visiting the dentist because in this practice it's an easy experience for them.

Customer service at the Reception is very poor the woman is very road she was asking me question not related to dents. I would not recommend to a friends or family. I think those are the new people take over, the old people where better, now i am looking for new Dents in SE17 i hope get one soon ...

The customer servis is ok, but the dentists not so good, went there couple of times and was not happy, will not go there anymore and definitely will not recommend it to anyone.

Walworth Road dentist is Excellent, they have good customer service.
and they are my dentist that i go to when needed, and they allways ensure that i leave a happy customer !
